Tim Brown, Australia’s leading Vedic Meditation teacher is sought after as a teacher and mentor to captains of industry, TV personalities, elite athletes including current Wallabies and Australian Cricket team members. Meditation, a  universally recognised biohacking tool, can be used from early childhood to help reduce stress, improve brain function and significantly impact the body’s response to trauma. There is also significant evidence that meditation can reverse age related symptoms.  Tim believes that the ancient practice of meditation is now, more than ever, a valuable if not essential tool, for everyone in this age of high stimulation, travel and technology. To be able to “defrag” mentally, physically and emotionally is a critical skill and it can be done anywhere, in a short period of time with few if any prerequisites.  Tim has taught more than 6,000 people to meditate for 20 years of dedicated teaching and has seen his clients become empowered by the clarity, inspiration, improved function and even beauty,  that comes from their daily meditation practice. Tim and I first met at Red Hill primary school in Canberra when we were 10 years old.
