Il Patent Box è stato profondamente modificato con il DL 146 del 21/1021 e con la successiva Legge di Bilancio 2022. Si è passati da un’agevolazione sui redditi prodotti dai beni oggetto di privativa industriale a un’agevolazione suo costi sostenuti per lo sviluppo degli stessi. ✔️AGEVOLAZIONE Maggiorazione del 110% ai fini delle imposte sui redditi e ai fini IRAP dei costi di ricerca e sviluppo sostenuti in relazione ai beni immateriali protetti.
