Comment trouver un consensus en omettant trop souvent qu’il n’y a pas "une" mais "des" agricultures ainsi qu’une multitude d’acteurs du monde agricole ? Leur compréhension pourrait être un premier pas vers la connaissance de ce milieu, si familier et pourtant si lointain des consommateurs.
