He has advised Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Bank and RBS after the credit crisis, PPI mis-selling and Libor manipulation scandals, with his work publicly endorsed by the Financial Conduct. He is the author of "ethicability" and "Thinking outside the inbox"; and co-designer of the MoralDNA, a psychometric profile that measures moral values and decision-making preferences, which has a database of over 70,000 people from more than 200 countries. He has been described as a "disruptive", "provocative" and "world-class" keynote speaker on leadership, culture and ethics. His work has also been profiled in The Times, the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Les Echos and The Guardian.
