Emily Tait is an Intellectual Property Partner at JONES DAY®. As an IP and technology lawyer, she has particular experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI). She helps clients navigate the complex and evolving legal and regulatory AI environment, provides AI-related risk assessments, and devises strategies to protect and enforce IP rights in the age of AI.
