Today's guest is the Head of Strategy, InvestCloud (EMEA), Alessandro Tonchia. InvestCloud is an AI-driven communications platform for wealth managers. Before starting there in 2021, Alessandro worked as a Director for smartKYC in London for nearly a decade and founded the digital insurance platform Finatix in the early nineties. On the AI in Financial Services podcast, Alessandro describes the challenges that wealth managers face in providing fully customizable interfacing experiences and visualizations with their clients. He also details InvestCloud's strategies in developing platforms with a hierarchy between both financial advisors and clients as users.
