Consensus is a product led, product first company with a mission to make science accessible and consumable for all using AI. Consensus uses natural language processing to ingest research papers and understand what the consensus is on any type of scientific issue. The Consensus product is essentially a search engine, powered by language models that allows one to search a natural language research question. In this podcast, Co-Founder Eric Olson talks about his athletic but non-scientific background and how he entered the AI space through his career. Eric came up with the idea for Consensus after spending years as a die-hard amateur science consumer and wanting access to better evidence-based information at the click of a button. In the podcast, Eric also talks about how the business was affected when Chat GPT was launched and his future predictions for Chat GPT. Learn more at consensus.app
