Tracy Brower is a PhD sociologist who studies the sociology of work, future of work, workers, and the workplace. Tracy is a principal with Steelcase's applied research and consulting. She is also the author of the Secrets of Happiness at Work and Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work. She's a contributor to forbes.com and fast company among other publications. Tracy and the ReStart host Lee-Sean Huang talked about hybrid work, happiness, and creativity.
