Justin Pichetrungsi has brought his parents Sherman Oaks thai restaurant to new heights in the past two years as the pandemic forced his creativity out of the box and out of the Ventura Blvd laab tot and curry house that has been feeding the neighborhood its soul since 1981. Nowadays it's all thai tacos, dry-aged fish, weekend caviar topped omakases, fried chicken, natural wine, a growing following, some asshole customers, 90's R&B, and lots of love.
