Most people think of self care and self love as the same thing. It’s all about you, being nice to you, doing nice things for you. Right? And it has a bit of stigma attached to it to easily make the average person (especially males) feel, well, just selfish about the whole dang thing. It’s not selfish, it’s vitally important to your mental, emotional and even physical health. It’s important to understand the difference between the self care and the self love. In this podcast we’ll talk about the following: The difference between self care and self love Why we make the exception for ourselves even if we treat others well How to change your perspective so you are treated the same as you treat others Why self care and self love are not just a reward system Why it’s not just a one-off system Listen, and enjoy as this podcast is literally a bit of both self care and self love for you. 🙂
