150. How to scale your business with co-coaches

16 May 2023

Description

PICTURE THIS….Monday and Fridays are your receptive days. i.e. doing whatever the heck you want. You’re not feeling pressured to be in your group programs because those are also your co-coach days. One Monday, you realise you’re away for one of your coaching sessions next month so you chat to your co-coach and set up a bonus immersion she can do for your client. On Tuesdays, you work ON your business and you spend time coaching your clients. You’re still vibing off of whatever was coached on the day before and you're in awe at how incredible your co-coach is. On Wednesdays, you have calls. You don’t feel stressed to *also* be in Slack because your clients are being coached by your co-coach. Thursday you may have a couple of overflow calls but other than that, it’s a day to expand your skills and dive into some study. You do some more coaching in your Slack channels. You know your co-coach is an absolute gun when it comes to some of the topics so you tag her ready for her next allocated Slack day. It’s an early weekend for you on Fridays so you read a book in the sun and go on a date with your husband, all the while knowing your clients are fully taken care of. And then you’re able to completely switch off on the weekends for more #familytime This is what it can look like with co-coaches. This is my reality. So let’s chat about it in this week’s episode, shall we?LINKS:Download the free Genius Zone PDF: www.jazzejervis.com.au/thegeniuszoneJoin Next Generation here: https://www.jazzejervis.com.au/next-gen
