The most asked question in my inbox is “what practices do you do daily for your mindset?” It’s a great question… After all, I have spent years getting my mindset into shape, reading books, attending Live events, doing courses, working with coaches, and just about everything in between! In this episode, I share with you what “mindset” means to me and some of the common mistakes I see people make when it comes to keeping their mindset in tip-top shape.
