In 2020/21, the online industry saw a huge influx of coaches and service providers entering the market. We had more disposable income and a lot more time on our hands so we invested in ourselves. During that period, it was easier to get people’s attention and not that hard to make a lot of sales. Thing is, people got excited and launched new products and programs without having any real clarity on what they were actually going to coach on or deliver. So when the market shifted, it caught people off guard.
