Description

One of the most common questions I get asked is about my morning routine! So today I’m giving you a run down of my morning routine which consistent of 3 elements: mindset + spirituality, planning + visioning, and movement. As someone who finds it hard to not “do all of the things” all of the time, having a morning routine allows me to be so much more intentional about where I spend my time, as well as help me to be far more proactive rather than reactive. In this episode, I’ll cover: why I have a morning routine, the elements of my morning routine, how it changes depending on my menstrual cycle/lunar cycle/the seasons/business seasons.I mentioned The Calm Society A LOT in this episode so make sure you head to this link before prices increases TONIGHT - https://www.jazzejervis.com.au/thecalmsocietyI also mentioned three of my Podcast episodes when chatting about the mindset + spirituality element of my morning routine which you might be interested in listening to:Episode 13 - Speaking Your Life Into Reality - https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/the-all-that-jazze-podcast/id1498635224?i=1000472786356Episode 12 - Taking Responsibility In Your Life - https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/the-all-that-jazze-podcast/id1498635224?i=1000471963919Episode 8 - From Scarcity to Abundance - https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/the-all-that-jazze-podcast/id1498635224?i=1000469126820Spirit Playlist on Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3ceJrPN4kJ6mYada1wyXSN?si=9BtGCvr_RQmPTm3cagKXXQ&fbclid=IwAR0_si0bhTXVwbuX8wS78nWMOT3IDaSTF7575fZ2os94i_ncq83FNaV1Sn4
