Commercial Auction: Summer review 2019 - Market

Allsop partner and auctioneer George Walker speaks to Jo Seth-Smith, Fund Manager from OLIM Property, about what they have experienced in the property auction market over the last six months of 2019. Analysing trends from four of Allsop’s commercial auction sales in 2019 with an active investor will provide some insight into the market, where demand is strongest and where opportunities may lie. Jo clarifies the specific mandate that her fund enjoys and what they have been buying and selling in the last few months.
