Commercial Auction: Summer review 2019 – Sectors

Allsop LLP’s partner and auctioneer George Walker speaks to Jo Seth-Smith Fund Manager from OLIM Property. We examine all the property sectors and how they performed in the auction room, with specific reference to those examples featured in our published summer market review. This includes the reasoning behind some of the very high and low prices that were achieved at auction.
