Folge 12 - Alte Arbeit rostet nicht

Viele Menschen bekommen Schnappatmung, wenn sie von Seniorität am Arbeitsplatz hören. Mehr Geld bei gleicher Leistung, nur weil jemand älter ist? Wo ist da der gleiche Lohn für gleiche Arbeit? Wir werden sehen, dass Bezahlung nach Seniorität in der Tat viele Vorteile hat und idealerweise eine Win-Win-Situation ist. Nur sind diese Idealbedingungen häufig nicht gegeben - in der Zukunft immer weniger und in der Praxis vor allem nicht für Frauen. Wohl nirgends lässt sich dieses ambivalente Konzept besser illustrieren als am japanischen Arbeitsmarkt, der für europäische Ohren ähnlich kurios ist wie manche japanische Popkulturimporte.
