On today's show we will be joined by Greg & Brian from Arcadia Cognerati. Greg Williams is the President and Founder of Arcadia Cognerati, a consulting firm specializing in assessing, developing, and conducting training and education to address urgent safety and security needs in some of the most challenging environments on the planet. Greg is a decorated, veteran urban law enforcement professional and a decorated, veteran former soldier with over 30 years of combined experience and expertise. Greg is an industry expert in Irregular Warfare and Human Behavior for the Defense Community and is the creator of Human Behavior Pattern Recognition & Analysis. Greg has been a subject matter expert (SME) for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) as well as for the future immersive training environment joint capability training demonstration (FITE JCTD). He is the architect of several scientifically validated programs including the Marine Corps Combat Hunter and US Army Advanced Situational Awareness Training. Brian Marren is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Arcadia Cognerati, a service provider specializing in assessing, developing and conducting training and education to address urgent safety and security needs in some of the most challenging environments on the planet. Brian is a former Marine Scout Sniper with multiple deployments to the Al Anbar Province of Iraq, a High Threat Protection security professional, and a Subject Matter Expert on Human Behavior Pattern Recognition & Analysis. Brian has spent the last nineteen years conducting both real world and training operations all over the United States, the Middle East, and both Central and East Asia where has trained thousands of law enforcement and military professionals in the science of Human Behavior and Human Performance. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University and Masters of Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California.
