Today on Amplify Nursing, we talk with Barbara Glickstein, founder of Barbara Glickstein Strategies. With backgrounds in public health nursing, health reporting, and media strategy, Barbara has been extensively involved in amplifying nursing voices and developing healthcare leaders throughout her career. She is a co-producer of the HealthCetera podcast, which focuses on evidence-based health news, analysis, and commentary, as well as a Board member of Project Kesher, a global Jewish feminist women’s advocacy organization. Barbara talks with us about how her early exposure to news, policy, and activism shaped her career interests, the power of storytelling, incorporating personal interests into nursing care, her work with Project Kesher, and how nurses can make their voices heard.
