Lydel Wright is first and foremost a nurse, but also an innovator, entrepreneur, and all around engaged citizen. As an inaugural recipient of the Johnson and Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellowship, Lydel is building on his experience as a leader in the sub-acute care space to help nurses work more efficiently, while also improving patient outcomes. Through his non-profit organization, Empact, Lydel finds joy in giving back, and supporting other nurses as they begin their journeys to create solutions to the problems they see in their communities.
