114 | Growing your business while prioritizing YOU

Today’s episode is all about prioritizing ourselves. It’s about focusing on how we can fill ourselves back up as creatives, as business owners, as women, as entrepreneurs. It’s tough being a business owner and there are so many things that I wish I would have known before diving in. While I wouldn’t have necessarily done anything different, there are so many lessons and things I’m continuing to learn and I’m excited to share with you today.This conversation is about understanding the importance of investing in yourself (as a person) in order to achieve big business growth. It's essential to recognize that the entrepreneurial journey is not linear, and that moments of growth can be followed by moments of feeling stuck or anxious. Taking a break from working in the business to focus on self-love and mental health can help to create clarity and reduce stress. It's so important to remember that your business would not exist if it weren't for YOU!
