Owner & founder of Trauma Transformed.  She specialises in helping women who have experienced childhood trauma, to heal, process & let go of the past so they can move forward feeling confident, empowered & motivated in life.  After a dysfunctional childhood and losing her sister to suicide Jessie struggled with PTSD, anxiety and extremely low confidence for most of her life. She went on a search to heal her mind & body,  When Jessie found NLP & Hypnotherapy her life began to change in ways she couldn't believe! Her anxiety lessened, her confidence was up & she started to feel happier & more motivated in life after just one session!  She knew she needed to share this with the world, so after healing many layers of her own trauma and training to become certified, Jessie started to help others to experience the same freedom from their pasts and trauma as she did!Jessie is here to let you know that no matter what you have been through you can heal & you can move forward feeling confident, worthy & loved from within.
