After the past few years of experiencing fear and unsafely, women’s cycles will be reflecting these changes and shifting in rhythm.    ✨ (11:00) CHANGES TO OUR PATTERNS - many of us still do not know how to listen to our intuition or the natural cycles of the seasons and the earth.  We have to spend more time tuning in to what is around us and learning when it’s the right time to come our and be active, as well as when it is time to rest. Animals have always been attuned to these cycles and it is time for us to learn and remember how to work with them too. If a project is not moving forward, maybe now is not the time to push it forward, but rather to reflect and take stock. Listen to you guidance system.
