As humans, we are constantly doing things to stop ourselves from progressing forward, whether consciously or subconsciously. Here are 5 main ways in which many of us tend to sabotage ourselves and create blocks in our lives. If we can avoid these pitfalls, our lives will become a lot smoother in the path we wish to to step into. Timestamps: 00:05 - FEAR OF CHANGE - the main way in which we halt our progression and expansion is through our fear of change. We get comfortable where we are and forget that a fulfilled life requires us to change and keep putting ourselves into new experiences. 05:25 - FEELING OF UNWORTHINESS - when we encounter feelings of unworthiness, it is often apart trauma rising up within our current environment, showing us that there is something there that needs to be healed. It is a test that we need to push through, but nor run away from. Humans often sabotage themselves through these feelings of unworthiness and believing that we are not worthy enough of attaining what we re striving for, when this could not be further from the truth. 09:22 - Not Taking ALL FACTORS in Consideration - It’s very easy to get up in our daily lives, that we often forget that we are all constantly affected by energies much bigger than ourselves. The planetary movements, moon cycles etc are always shifting and changing the energies within us, so it is very important to always be aware of the energies that affect our inner world. From the people we work with, to the planets in our charts and how they move through our charts. 13:55 - Not Taking A PAUSE to SEE how FAR we Have Come - we are so busy doing and striving for those goals, that we often forget to acknowledge how far we have come and to pat ourselves on the back. 17:55 - Disconnecting from SOURCE and from HELP on the other side - when we experience the heavy and dense emotions of grief, trauma, depression, it is very easy to perceive ourselves as disconnected to the other side. We stop hearing the messages from the other side and from our spirit guides, which can sometimes make it very difficult for us to find out way back to self.
