A guided meditation to cleanse and replenish the body and send healing to all being on Earth. This meditation begins with bathing in a healing, white light that washes through every part of the body and all cells, like codes of information clearing any negative energy away. We then ground to the core of the Earth and absorb all healing codes from the Earth to replenish us. Surrounded by golden light, we strengthen our energy field and aura. We connect to the Universal energy through our heart chakra and send this out onto the planet Earth for all the beings that may need this healing at this moment.
