We are learning how to use our intuition and ur creative part of the mind.    ✨ (05:20) STANDING UP for yourself - are our individual voices being heard? To what extend are we being told what to do and silenced?  We all have free will and the ability to choose for ourselves, but not everyone is respecting this choice. It’s important that we speak out and stand up for our individual rights, if they are being blocked and disrespected. Your BODY keeps that score - our bodies remember and hold all the traumas that we have gone through. Listen to your body and triggers and honour and heal them.    ✨ (17:00) YOU ARE HERE TO HELP OTHERS - we have all gone through our individual journeys to learn something from them and to use this experience to help others gong through similar things. We are all rising up slowly. Connect with the information of the planet. Open up and connect to the universal energies. Be the beacon of light.   ✨ (20:50) AUTHENTICITY - be your authentic self. Know what you like and what you do not. This is the time to learn about yourself. Don’t try to fit in where you know you should not be. You are here to be the beacon and to lead others, but you have to first come into your own authentic self.    ✨ (24:50) WAKE UP -wake up to the reality that is around you. Realise that we are the co-creators of our reality. Connect with the feminine energy and your intuition.    ✨ (28:00) Are you going to be the BYSTANDER of your life?  - do not just be the bystander to what is going on. Stand up for your rights and for what you want to see in your life and for the planet.
