All new things begin with first acquiring the skills and practicing it. In order to learn to communicate with our guides and know who they are, we must first distinguish what our own energy feels like to us so we can tell the difference when something else is coming in. We must gradually build our relationships with those guides and guardians on the other side. ✨(06:50) How to Distinguish Negative Entities or Attachments When doing spiritual work of any kind we always need to set our intention to work with the highest energies of love and to our highest good. Negative enemies can normally come in and attach if we are also feeling very low, depressed or in a bad state. Even then, there are ways to work with our spirit team and ask for help. It is important to remember to be aware of our own frequency and heal whatever is coming up, to balance our energies.
