In this episode, I talk about how anxiety and difficulty accepting uncertainty are related, which is often caused by traumatic experiences during childhood. I explain that uncertainty can trigger worry and anxiety in the body. To overcome anxiety, it is important to become more tolerant of uncertainty by recognizing and accepting it, as well as understanding and addressing the cause of the alarm in the body.
