In the end it is just another inbox you probably want to keep at or close to zero. So build up gradually and do not be afraid to remove a feed if it is just too much.The second approach is to sign up to a few newsletters listed in these notes, or (again) go look at iosdevdirectory.com for a lit of newsletter.
