Spencer is a highliner, one of the best in the world. He's a freesoloist, walking across 1'' webbing thousands of feet in the air without a tether. He's also incredibly handy, building, modifying, engineering nearly anything with whatever is available. He's been telling us to 'get involved' for every second of 6 years. And this really is the secret that we need right now, to get involved in our own maturation, our own communities, our own food systems, our own shadows, our own cultures. Akira the Don told me yesterday, "politics are downstream of culture, culture is downstream of vibes". We gotta take our culture back by taking back our vibes. We gotta get involved in how we feel, how we act, how we think. We literally have to get involved in our own evolution as a species; each person growing up and taking responsibility and thus raising the tides, bringing all boats up into a new level of personhood, a new way of being, thinking and doing.
