Person-Centered Medication Safety: A National Quality Forum Action Team

As a special edition Patient Safety Awareness Week podcast, speakers discuss their work on the National Quality Forum’s Action Team on Person-Centered Medication Safety. The co-chairs of this Action Team highlight the priority challenges and recommendations for stakeholders to take away from this work.
