Bridging the Divide: Preparing Your Workers for Generational Change

While much attention is often given to Gen Z’s role in tech-enabled innovation, the speakers emphasized the vital contributions of older workers and the importance of inclusive environments. They shared strategies for bridging generational gaps, integrating AI, and fostering skills development to empower workers of all ages to thrive together in the future of work.
