The Next Frontier for CLOs: Evolving Leadership in Learning

The speakers—leaders from CLO LIFT, a collaborative initiative uniting CLOs from top global organizations—discussed efforts to build a collective voice, advance the science of learning, cultivate learning cultures, and scale personalization in L&D. As CLO LIFT enters its second year, the conversation highlighted the need for shared standards, clear value metrics, and continued practitioner-driven innovation to shape the future of learning leadership.
