Lhea Terzaki - Official Hyrox Ambassador on helping women become unstoppable hybrid athletes

We caught back up with Lhea after speaking to her on the podcast back in April with some of the Rox Queens. Since then Lhea has gone from strength to strength to build her profile in the Hybrid space as a champion for females in sport.
