He's a service leader, agile program manager, speaker, and veteran, boasting 20 years of experience in service and support.Before taking on his current role, Tony was the Manager of Technical Support at Sinclair Digital and the Senior Manager of ITSM at Seattle Genetics. With over 18 years of experience leading teams, Tony is always exploring new ideas, tools, and techniques.
