Today, I’m in conversation with Sundeep Rao - India’s Funniest Partially Blind Stand-up Comedian who is crystal clear when it comes to his many views, observations, opinions in life. Diagnosed with juvenile macular degeneration, a retina disorder when he was nine years old, Sundeep chose to switch to stand-up comedy and use the stage to accept and spotlight his experiences without undermining it or over glorifying it.Sundeep’s journey is one of highs and lows, but beyond that, we talk about the value of knowing who you are because if you don’t then it becomes all about what you do, and banking your self-worth on that can be extremely taxing.
