Julius Chirimwami - Best Future Centre Projects Julius Chirimwami is a Congolese educator and the founder of one of the world’s first refugee-led education centers. After fleeing war in Congo and resettling in Uganda’s Nakivale refugee settlement, Julius transformed hardship into hope—empowering over 500 children and 200 adults through free schooling, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. His work earned a historic $140K Rotary Global Grant, and his dream is to bring education access to every refugee camp across Africa.
