B Meets Diala Jamaleddin

Genuine, heartfelt, and raw conversation with the successful pre & postnatal coach and athlete Diala Jamaleddin. Diala discusses memories from her childhood that were traumatizing and how she used yoga and physical activity to overcome hardships. Going through her parents divorce, the Syrian war and leaving her hometown to live in Egypt added to Diala's hardships and emotional traumas. Through yoga and self coaching she became more aware of her feelings and how to train her body and mind to overcome. As a mother of two, Diala speaks about how she overcame past traumas to avoid projecting it on her children, discovering herself, managing her mental and physical health while also being a mom. She chose to spread this knowledge to other women through pre natal and post natal coaching which she became very well known for in her new home, Egypt.
