S02-Ep.032 Banter with the Modern Bloke

So being November, a time when men's health is a on top of everyone's mind we though it would be great to get someone on the podcast that not only knows something about men's health but also knows a thing or two about whisky. Sean Coffin from the Modern Bloke fits the bill perfectly with some experience in mental health and being a very big advocate for men's health, especially around starting and being able to maintain the conversation especially with friends and family. Sean steps us through this and how easy it can be and talks us through some of the perceived barriers that are faced and can be overcome. Naturally we also talk whisky as well and go through a what's in your glass, with some interesting picks and discussion from the crew.
