バーベルラジオ第21回は、パワーリフティング女子５２㎏級の田邉智子選手とお話しました。智子さんはギアとノーギアの大会に出場していて、SNS上でも「モコスケ」として多くの人に知られています。彼女は、国内だけではなく世界の大会でも活躍をされています。2019年世界ジュニアベンチプレス大会-52kg級で２位に入賞し、見事に110kgを大会であげています。このエピソードでは、ギアーとノーギアの違い、過去の大会の振り返り、SNSのアンチコメントについて、など様々なトピックについてオープンにお話しました。 On Episode 21 of Barbell Radio, I talk with Japanese 52kg Powerlifting athlete, Tomoko Tanabe. She competes in both raw and equipped competitions and she is widely known in the fitness community as "Mokosuke". Not only does she compete in national competitions, she also leaves very good results in international competitions as well. In 2019 World Juior Equipped Bench Press Championships, Tomoko had placed 2nd pressing 110kg in her weightclass.
