バーベルラジオ第25回のエピソードは、女子47kg級パワーリフティング選手・ベンチプレス選手、福村彩選手にお話を聞かせていただきました。福村選手は、2018/2019年2年連続で世界クラシックパワーリフティング選手権大会に出場しており、2019年ジャパンクラシックベンチプレス選手権大会でも見事に82.5kgを成功させ、3位に入賞されております。このエピソードは、ベンチプレス・パワーリフティングとの心のつながり、世界大会でのお話、選手としての気持ちのコントロールなど様々な貴重なお話をお伺いさせていただきました。競技者ではなくても参考になるエピソードだと思います。 On Episode 25 of Barbell Radio, I speak with -47kg International level Powerlifting/Bench Press athlete, Aya Fukumura. Aya has competed at World Classic Powerlifting Championships for two consecutive years (2018/2019) under the 47kg weight class, having an official bench press of 82.5kg. In this episode we talk about being both a Powerlifting athlete as well as a Bench Press athlete, emotional connection she has with lifting, benefits of taking personal training sessions and her experience competing on the world platform.
