And Caitlin is a Kinesiologist and Post-Partum Doula. In todays episode we explore: Why communication is so important between partners and other children What conversations to perhaps start having with your partner if you are in the preconception phase or pregnant. How your village may also be able to support your partner during postpartum period. The undertakings of a partner and the shift that they too go through. Techniques you may like to consider if you are introducing a newborn to siblings. This episode is honestly full of amazing take aways and we highly recommend listening in with your partner.
