Ep. 86: How to Give Up. Following Fun Instead of Force

Can we sit down today for another real chat heart to heart? If I'm being real sometimes this non-stop digital world can feel incredibly overwhelming and I daydraem about running away from all of it. While I'm not doing that just yet, I am actively opting out of a lot of it. From fake eyelashes, to getting my nails done, there are so many things I am crossing off my to do list for the sake of my own sanity. While I'm at it, can we have a real discussion about what we as women might be capable of if we stopped turning our time and money over to practices like these?
