Growing up in a low socio-econimic area our guest this week had the odds stacked against him from the start. However, with a mum that would not let this define his future and with the strength of determination our guest has gone on to break down barriers, doors and ceilings to get him to where he is today. In our chat, Jaxson Tautala-Hanita breaks down how saying yes to small oppurtunities along the way has led to some fantastic pay offs in his growth. We touch on the impact that racism has had and how that could have derailed his plans even before he realised them. We also explore the research he is undertaking, the Why behind the Wai, which introduces some fantastic reflection points. This is a fantastic conversation with loads of knowledge scattered through it. Enjoy!
