We explore the hidden signs of abuse and journey along with them both as they share their personal traumas and how it has affected them. On their way to healing from narcissistic abuse, both mom and her daughter have such positive outlooks for their lives. Their stories are informational and inspiring. This is such an important topic because many people feel that it's only the mom, wife, girlfriend who is impacted, while the children are seen in a different light. However, the children are always watching and being influence and affected, even if the abuse doesn't seem to be directly pointed at them.I hope this episode leaves you with things to consider, especially if you have your own children as well as a gentle and kind approach to healing yourself from guilt and possible regret.
