Can introverts actually be better at networking than extroverts? In this episode, we're joined by Steve Spiro, a self-described introvert who became a Master Connector by doing the opposite of what most sales advice teaches. Instead of fighting who he was, he leveraged it, drawing on his martial arts training as a black belt in Karate and Jiu-Jitsu to develop an authentic approach to connection. Through his book "The TAO of a Master Connector" and his LinkedIn Live show, Steve now teaches other introverts that their perceived weakness can become their greatest networking strength.
