She is a licensed marriage and family therapist, an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist-Certified, and a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach via Dr. Shefali’s training program. This is a must listen for any parents. In this episode we get to talk about what conscious parenting is and what it isn't. So much of this episode is about giving yourself permission as a parent to not get it right 100% of the time. She even shares some insight into how often we need to “get it right” in order to still create a secure, loving, lasting connection and bonds with our children (SPOILER ALERT…it's not as often as you think).
