At the end of 2023, I hit a wall. Anxiety and burnout forced me to slow down and rebuild (you can hear more in earlier episodes). At Modern Movement, teachers Tim and Rose create a spiritual, still space that balances out the intensity of other practices.6. Mindset Shifts with Mel RobbinsMel Robbins’ Let Them philosophy and 5 Second Rule gave me structure and motivation.
