3. Human Design Part I: Exploring the Energy Types

In this solo episode, we discuss the Human Design System.   What is Human Design?  Famous HD reader, Jenna Zoe, put it this way, "Human Design is the contract your soul made with the universe when it incarnated in this lifetime." That's no small thing. When I first heard of Human Design, my natural inclination was intrigued - OF COURSE I WAS! But I also thought about every birth chart or personality test I had ever taken and my constant quest to define myself as a human being and thought, realistically, how different could this be? Well! From my energy type to my incarnation cross, I had never felt so… explained. You know that song “Killing me softly”? Strumming my pain with its fingers, signing my life with its words. Except it wasn’t killing me softly. It was waking me up. It was like the universe was saying- I see you.
