Social Media Cleanse (We Need To Talk About It)

Amanda Jewell dives into the topic of a social media cleanse for 2021. She did a series of polls on her Instagram about who her audience is- and if they're there to support her. She talks about the importance of what content you are consuming and who you choose to follow. What you see on the internet affects you in ways you may not realize. So, it is important to be conscious of who you follow and why.  Amanda talks about the uncomfortable, and why we make up these reasons in our head as to why we have to keep following someone. However, she encourages you to be non-apologetic and let the heavy-ish go! Plus, Amanda wants everyone to know that she also encourages anyone to unfollow her if she negatively affects someone else's life!  You should do a social media cleanse!
